Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Certain items such as customized, perishable, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the item and packaging for prompt assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
